Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since order is placed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only accept replacements for dog clothes based on size issues. Please check the size chart before buying. Also please check the colors before purchase.
ORDER CANCELLATION
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 90 minutes after the order is made. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
RETURNS
All damaged items, wrongly sent items, wrong quantity sent or defective items will be accepted for a free return for a refund or replacement within 15 days after receiving the item (in order to start return process, you must provide photo of defective item). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items that are not needed anymore, not liked by color, material etc,(buyers remorse) can not be returned for a refund.
When the item reaches us, it gets scanned and processed with warehouse and then we will issue a refund/replacement/partial refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing), we are not responsible if the customs authorities of your country seize or confiscate the package for any reason
- you receive the wrong item
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
